If you have not received your code by 11am on day of arrival please message 07873216703

I am afraid we do not allow early check in’s or late check out as we require sufficient cleaning time to have the cabins ready for our next guests.

A linen pack including mattress protector, flat sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows and cases are provided. (Bed are not made up)  Linen for the sofa bed is stored underneath the sofa and linen for ‘z’ bed when requested will be placed in a storage bag located under the hanging rail. (Please note that bedding is not provided for one-night stays if offered)

We provide a basic towel set including two bath towels, two hand towels, a tea towel and dishcloth per cabin.  These are provided for indoor use only.  Please ensure you bring any in addition to this that you may require for outdoor/hot tub use  (Please note that towels are not provided for one-night stays if offered)

Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets are provided along with hand soap, body wash, toilet rolls. A starter pack of logs is provided for your stay. Additional logs are available to purchase.

***Please note that due to health and safety the hot tubs are emptied, cleaned, filled and chemically treated between guests and therefore may not be up to temperature on the day of arrival***

To enjoy the use of our hot tubs you are requested to follow the ‘Rules of Use’ noted below. Failure to do so will incur a fine/cleaning charge.  Please note that guests will be unable to use hot tubs between 10am-12pm daily whilst cleaning occurs.

  • Before every use, guests must shower to ensure all make up and cosmetics etc are thoroughly removed. This includes fake tan.  Please do not use the hot tub if it cannot be removed before entry.
  • No food or drink to be taken in or near the hot tubs. Please also ensure glass is not taken near to the hot tubs.
  • No smoking is permitted in or near the hot tubs.
  • The use of the hot tubs are for children aged 12 year and over.
  • Please take care to ensure the hot tub lid is securely fastened when not in use. (Please do not sit on the hot tub lid as it can be damaged easily)
  • Please do not remove the hot tub cover off the cover lifter…the lid folds back on its self then is lifted into a vertical position using the lifting arm and remains in this position when the hot tub is in use.

For the enjoyment of all guests we politely ask for a quiet time between the hours of 11pm-7am.

We very much encourage groups of friends looking for a quiet catch up.  If you are an all adult group/hen/stag party, please contact us before booking.  (Please be aware that there is a strict maximum of 4 adults per cabin)

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins, on the deck area or near hot tub, kennel or cycle stores.

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are very welcome to stay in the private kennel at each cabin. Please ensure you book the Kennel for the appropriate number of nights at time of booking. (£5 per dog per night). Dogs are strictly not permitted in the cabin at any time for allergy and hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, anyone who is in breach of this will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

Please ensure dogs are always kept on a lead within the site grounds.

Please ensure all dog foul is collected and binned appropriately.

There are several working farms with livestock close by so please be respectful, keeping your dog under control at all times.

The car park is located a very short distance from the cabins.  There is signage showing the  parking space allocated for each cabin.  Unfortunately we do not have much additional space for many extra cars.

As detailed in our terms and conditions and our welcome pack, visitors are not permitted on site at any time.  The site is strictly for use by those who are recorded as a guest at time of booking.  It is extremely important that this is observed for insurance purposes.   Please do not ask for any exceptions to be made as this unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

Secondly, we would like to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests staying, minimise wear and tear on our cabins and hot tub facilities which are designed for use, only by those booked to stay with us.  Furthermore, our car park is limited, we do not have parking facilities to accommodate extra vehicles.

If this is an issue please do not book.

We very much appreciate your understanding on this issue.

Tent are not permitted on-site at any time.

There is a store where you can purchase basic and essential items such as disposable BBQ’s, logs, marshmallow toasting kits, toilet rolls etc. Your cabin keys will include an additional key to access the store.  Please ensure you have some change for the honesty box!

We are fortunate to have a large green area directly outside the cabins which we hope guests will use and enjoy…great for kicking a ball or a game of rounders! There is a selection of games located in the store area which guests are very welcome to use…great for a rainy day!  (we would appreciate if an adult can oversee this and ensure all toys/games are taken care of and returned as found!) The store key will be attached to your cabin keys to access this.

There is a games room on site for guests to use during their stay.  This is a shared space for all guests.

Our rural location also offers endless opportunity for exploring the nature and wildlife around the area.

All cyclists are very welcome. We have free lockable and private cycle storage for each unit which is located nearby to each cabin. The key to access the cycle storage will be attached along with your cabin key.

There is a firepit located at each cabin.    A starter pack of logs is provided within the booking price.  Additional logs can be purchased in the store.  (Please do not use coal/charcoal in the firepit)  You may wish to bring a disposable BBQ which can be placed on the shelf in the firepit for cooking.  We do try to stock some BBQs in our store for purchase.

Please ensure that BBQ’s and fires are not lit anywhere else on site.  BBQ’s and firepits should always be supervised by a responsible adult and never left unattended.  Please note that logs purchased on site may only be used.  No timber should be gathered from the area for burning.  Please ensure BBQ’s and fires are fully extinguished before being left unattended.

For safety reasons, BBQ’s must never be taken inside the cabins.

We do not have washing or drying facilities on site.

Yes, each cabin has a hairdryer for use during your stay.
